This said, the past several weeks I’ve talked with many of you and learned your business is in need of a boost, asking for suggestions. My first question is always the same … Are you networking and talking with past clients, asking for referrals? Easy question yet, difficult for many of us to put into practice, isn’t it? Well … may I remind you that you have all of us at E WR ready and willing to be your Sales Force! Of course, for us to do this, it’s best if we see you and have your business in the front of our mind.

Join us at the June meeting so we can sell you this month … and meet many of our new members! We do have a Community Events segment during our program. If you have an Open House, Special Service/Discount or New Product you want others to know about, let me know and I’ll be certain we get the word out.

Please join the kick-off meeting for the Worksite Wellness Task Force meeting sponsored by Enterprise Wheat Ridge and LiveWell Colorado www.livewellcolorado.org . We will meet for a half hour following the June 8 Enterprise Wheat Ridge meeting at the Wheat Ridge Rec Center.  During this meeting, Molly Hanson, LiveWell Wheat Ridge Coordinator, and Loretta DiTirrro will provide a brief overview of worksite wellness efforts that are happening in Colorado, recruit for a steering committee and identify three desired outcomes for our Task Force for year one.  If you plan to attend, please RSVP to Loretta 303-594-1520.  Thank you for your interest and involvement.

Leaves of Hope and National Cancer Survivors Day will take place on Sunday June 6.  NCSD is a community celebration bringing together cancer survivors, families and caregivers. The Leaves of Hope 5K Run/Walk begins at 9am, on the Exempla Lutheran Medical Center campus, followed by NCSD. Strollers and dogs on leashes are welcome.

Free and open to the public – Thursday, August 19 at 6:30 pm, Exempla Lutheran Medical Center hosts a Jefferson Symphony Orchestra Summer Pops Concert in the Park, a kick-off event for the WR Carnation Festival. Bring a lawn chair and plan to attend this fun, yearly evening of music and neighbors.
