7th Annual City of Wheat Ridge Business Awards
Nominations are currently being accepted for the 7th Annual Business Appreciation Awards Ceremony which is scheduled for August 6, 2010. To nominate a business within the city, including your own, go to wred.us for the form. The deadline for nominations is June 11, 2010. Award recipients will be honored during the August 6th annual business appreciation lunch.

Car Seat Safety Check May 22 at Seyfer Auto
The Automotive Service Association (ASA) will host a child vehicle safety fair May 22, 2010 and is inviting parents, grand parents and care givers to bring their children, their safety seats and vehicles to Seyfer Automotive, Inc. 4501 Harlan St. Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. 10 Nationally certified child passenger safety technicians will be on site along with members of the Safe Kids Coalition to teach parents safety seat installation techniques. Calvary Temple Christian Church, 7390 W. 38th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO offers a Food Pantry the 2nd and 4th Sat. every month from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This food pantry is set up to be a resource for Wheat Ridge residents.
