Our April 13 meeting will be a breakfast meeting, 7 a.m.-8:45 a.m. Wheat Ridge Rec Center, 4005 Kipling. We will welcome Kurt VeneKamp, Freedom Personal Development. Kurt is a real motivator so you won’t want to miss this breakfast! You’ll also hear about some great Community Events and Updates. Prom Dress Exchange this Sat and Sun., March 20 and 21

If you know any families who will have to strain the budget to buy a prom dress, please tell them about the Prom Dress Exchange, where more than 3,000 gorgeous, gently used and freshly cleaned prom dresses will be available between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., on Saturday, March 20, and Sunday, March 21, at Copper Fields Events Chateau, 4901 Marshall St., Wheat Ridge, 720-898-8388. No one will insist, but a $10 donation to defray the cost of cleaning would be appreciated.
This is the 10th Prom Dress Exchange for Copper Fields owner Cheryl Wise, who knows that the need is particularly great this year. She wants to make sure every dress finds a proud owner.

Helping feed Wheat Ridge Elementary Students
We have several members helping with various fundraising efforts to boost the Backpack Feeding Program at Pennington. We want it to be successful for the students so we can take the program to other schools in need as well. If you or your business is interested in helping, please contact Glenda at Boatright and Ripp, 303-423-7131. We are still seeking some volunteers to help deliver the food and always we are looking for $ or fundraisers. Among others, Thank Em Promotions gave proceeds from their 15% Pay It Forward program on the 15th of February, what is your business doing to help?
